What is role and responsibility of Scrum Master ?

Scrum Master is responsible for guiding Product Owner and Scrum Team to achieve optimal results.
He is responsibles for 3 P's i.e. Process Owner , Problem Solver and Protestor

Process Owner

  1. Teaches Scrum to everyone
  2. Coaches everyone on how to use Scrum
  3. Enforces rules of Scrum
  4. Acts as change agent for organization

Problem Solver

  1. Helps remove blocks and assists Dev Team and Product Owner to acheive best results

Protector

  1. Protects Dev Team from disruption
