Portfolio , Program and Projects

Portfolio is collection of programs and projects.

Program is group of related projects.

Project is temporary body of work that produces unique service or product or result.

Project can be divided into sub projects for better project management .

Project can be divided into sub projects based on phase. For example ,a  project can be divided into Development and Testing sub project.
